What data is collected

When you book a call through the calendar on this site you provide your name, email address, company, role, approximate number of employees and a free-text note on what you want to talk about. Bookings are handled by Cal.com, which acts as data processor.

If you accept cookies for statistics, anonymised usage data is collected through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics: page views, clicks on booking buttons and completed bookings. No such data is collected before you have accepted.

Why the data is processed

Booking details are used to hold the call, send the calendar invitation and reminder, and let me prepare. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to a possible contract.

Statistics are used to improve the site. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer.

How long the data is kept

Booking details are kept as long as needed for the contact and a possible business relationship, and are then deleted. Data that must be kept by law, such as accounting records, is kept as long as the law requires.

Who has access to the data

Cal.com (booking and calendar), Google (Tag Manager and Analytics, only after consent) and the calendar and meeting service used for the call itself. Data is not passed on to anyone else and is never sold.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, to object to the processing and to have the data transferred. Contact me via LinkedIn. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
